None received through the time of issuance of this Agenda. It is noted, however, that if any Applications were pending consideration by the ZBA on January 4, 2010, or have been received by the ZBA since the Town Board's filing of the amended Zoning Law on that date each such Application must be referred to the Planning Board for review and recommendation prior to action by the ZBA. See Zoning Law Article XI.C.5. To the extent any such Applications received by the ZBA prior to January 11, 2010, are identified prior to February 1, 2010, and full copy thereof provided to the Planning Board, each will be considered for late addition to this Agenda

INFORMATION CONCERNING NEXT PLANNING BOARD MEETING/
CLOSE OF AGENDA; SUBMISSION TIMING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The next meeting of the Town Planning Board will be held on Monday, March 1, 2010, at 6:30 PM. The Close of Agenda occurs on Monday, February 8, 2010, at 3:00 p.m.
Both new applications of any type and all continuing submissions regarding site plans, subdivisions, special use permits and other items proposed for inclusion on the agenda and discussion at the meeting must be complete and received at the Planning Board Office in required number prior to the Close of Agenda. Submissions must include both required application fees and required escrow amounts, including consideration of both initial escrow deposits and deposits as may be required, and of which the applicant has been notified, to replenish escrow accounts.
In addition, the filing of any new application for site plan, subdivision or special use permit with the Planning Board must be preceded by a "pre-application conference" with the Planning Board Chairman and Planning Consultant. Request for a pre-application conference may be scheduled by contacting the Planning Board Clerk. During the month of February pre-application conferences will be scheduled for either the late afternoon of Monday, February 1, 2010, or the mid-to-late afternoon of Wednesday, February 17, 2010.
