A Winter Storm Watch has been posted for our area.

Rhinebeck Town Supervisor Tom Traudt together with the Town Emergency Coordinators encourages residents to stay informed about the upcoming storm.  Central Hudson Gas & Electric is preparing for possible widespread power outages this weekend Saturday, October 29 and Sunday October 30, 2011.   Neighbors are encouraged to check on their neighbors, especially the elderly.  

The Town Supervisor will make available the Town Hall community room to provide for shelter for those in need beginning Saturday evening throughout the weekend.
