PANDA Channel 23 (Public Access Television Northern Dutchess)

Established in the mid 1990s by the five Rhinebeck and Red Hook municipalities, PANDA Channel 23 is a nonprofit organization that provides public, education and government access and programming for northern Dutchess County residents.
