Town Dog Control

The Town Dog Control Officer enforces agriculture and market laws
pertaining to dogs, including licensing, enforcement of the village
leash law and rabies inoculation requirements. The officer rescues and
cares for lost dogs at the town kennel, and brings unclaimed dogs from
the kennel to the Columbia County Humane Society.
